Vassar Building Center Return Policy
At Vassar Building Center, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Certain items, such as custom orders, special-order products, clearance items, and opened building materials, are non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable insurance.
- Vassar Building Center does not provide prepaid return labels.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing & Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, a partial refund or store credit may be offered instead.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as needed.
