Description

INSL-X Thin Film Lead Block is a water-based elastomeric acrylic coating that provides excellent adhesion, elongation, and tensile strength characteristics. When applied to a surface bearing lead containing paint, this product will seal in the lead paint with a non-toxic thick, elastic membrane sheating. Also, Lead Block contains Bitex, a bitter tasting, anti-ingestant, which deters children from oral contact. Lead Block conforms to all of the requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Encapsulation Product Performance Protocal, Department of Public Health (Reg. #DL-10019) and meets the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) which spells out a 20-year manufacturers warranty.
